A vocal minister whose polygamous life has never been in the public domain has finally reunited with his first wife. The minister has bought her a house on her return after a long absence. The VIP has been making occasional daytime visits to his new home in Eastern Nairobi.

Staff at Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s office have expressed outrage at the way one of his aides is handling them. The man in question nearly forced the staff into a go-slow for hurling insults at them during the Premier’s recent tours in North Eastern. The short-tempered man is accused of obstructing the work of two senior employees charged with the social welfare of the PM at public and private meetings.

What really are nominated MP Musikari Kombo and Saboti MP Eugene Wamalwa up to? The two are said to have cut a deal against the newly installed Ford Kenya chairman Moses Wetangula. The man has presented an ambitious budget to the two and money has begun dropping his way.

The Dove Cage and Giggles restaurants in Nairobi's CBD are much frequented by journalists and political activists alike.
