Fr. Dolan says Yes

A Catholic priest has differed with other church leaders who are opposing the draft. St Patrick Catholic Church priest Gabriel Dolan is urging Kenyans to support the draft since it addresses issues affecting the poor who are the majority in the country. A section of another church the African Independent Pentecost church of Africa has also declared its support for the proposed constitution.
